Getting started with CityCare™ is simple. We will first need to create a list of all of your locations complete with addresses, phone numbers, and local contacts. You probably already have this information in a spreadsheet or on your website. Next, we need to create an inventory of all of your telecommunications services including: local, long distance, internet, and networking services. Most of that information can be obtained from the invoices you receive from the carriers. Next, you will need to contact each of the carriers to ensure you have the correct contract expiration dates for your services.
